Return Policy The Constitution Shop offers a generous return policy to our valued customers.
RETURNS POLICY
1. Personalized or custom made merchandise is non-returnable; no refunds given. If a personalized item is defective in any manner, the exchange will be made for the exact same product. No change of products or substitutions will be permitted. 2. Merchandise will not be accepted any later than 7 days after receipt; No Refunds on any merchandise will be given thereafter. 3. Shipping is non-refundable. "Free shipping" isn't actually free and any returned order will be deducted the actual cost of the amount spent on freight notwithstanding any free shipping offer. 4. Customer is responsible for cost of returning merchandise 5. No hidden restocking fees are applied. 6. Customer must have an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from customer service 7. Customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise defects. 8. The returned item must be in unused/first quality condition.
Before returning an item you must contact us to receive an RMA number!
Holiday Returns:
Any item purchased between the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve, in any calendar year, may be returned for an exchange or a refund if postmarked no later than 7 days after Christmas - This date is always the first business day after the New Year's holiday.
